Our Tumakuru Volunteering chapter began functioning in 2016 and conducts activities across the city of Tumakuru. Over the years, we have worked with various corporate organizations and other non-profit organizations to enable greater social impact and to mobilize volunteers for social improvement. Our fields of focus include volunteering, educational programs, healthcare programs, and more.

NMMS

We have many dedicated and purpose-driven individuals who work throughout the year to help percolate this scheme at the grassroots level. We also have volunteers from across the country who train teachers and students for this scholarship-qualifying exam.

National Means Cum-Merit Scholarship

School kit drives

School kit drives are a program that looks to distribute learning materials (books, stationery and more) to as many government school students as possible. The goal is to reduce dropout rates by providing access to basic educational materials.

This is a talent show/ program that involves children from various government schools and other informal educational spaces. Produced with over a month’s preparation, Chiguru culminates in a grand celebration of the diverse talents that the students possess.
