Ahmedabad Chapter

Overview

The Ahmedabad chapter of Youth for Seva started as a response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic when a group of passionate individuals came together in 2020 to form a volunteer base. The focus of the chapter is on supporting the community in the areas of education and health. The chapter was officially established in August 2023, with Chetan Chauhan as coordinator.

Our Programs

NMMS

We actively assist students in government schools by providing targeted support for the National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) exam. This support ranges from providing study materials, conducting mock tests, to organizing workshops.

Abhyasikas

Abhyasikas are free learning centers that provide accessible learning spaces to children from lower economic background. We support students through dedicated tutors and help create a safe space for dedicated learning.

The word “Navoudit” translates to “budding” The main idea behind this program is to furbish the cultural and extracurricular talents of these children, and provide them with a platform to showcase them.
